Carpet beetles

Fruit Flies

A fermenting layer of trash attracts fruit flies. Ripe fruits and vegetables attract fruit flies. They are in common in the kitchen.  Fruit flies spread diseases like drain flies

Phorid Flies

Phorid flies also breed in damp organic garbage outside. Phorid flies enter homes through cracked window sills, door frames, and foundation gaps. Their presence in households is harmful because they can contaminate food with infections.

Springtails

Springtails are pests. They're active year-round and seek wet spots to breed. They want a moist area to reside throughout the summer. Summertime moisture on window glass attracts springtails

Carpenter Ants

Carpenter ants invade houses. These ants need human food, sugar, and water. Carpenter ants don't chew wood. Eggs were drilled into wood. Moisture from rain or leaks is good for the window sill and frame
